seriously simple shepherd's pie

It's starting to get chilly and I'm all about comfort food!
And this is my all time favorite, so simple and cheap and delicious!

All you will need;

1 lb browned ground beef
1 can corn
1 small can peas
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
shredded cheese
mashed potatoes

tip; you could also use 2 cans mixed veggies instead

After you've browned your beef just mix the corn, peas, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup
together in whatever you choose to bake it in I choose an 8x8 pan

Then add a layer of cheese a top it

then top with mashed potatoes

Bake at 325 for 25 mins!

now snuggle up and enjoy

So in the picture you'll see two small cupcake looking things that's all your fruits and veggies!

The veggie one is made of;

Now you've made enough to last a week and a half, pour into cupcake liners and freeze.

The fruit one is made of;

1. A carton of strawberries

easy peach pops!

Okay so these are gonna be way too easy but sometimes that's just what mama needs!!

What you'll need-

1. Peaches (I used canned, yeah yeah they should've been whole organic.) you can add spinach too I've tried it but Jag knows better.

2. Fat free yogurt

3. Blender, popsicle molds

First pulse the peaches in the blender, (mine we're basically juice when I was done, the little boy hates chunks!)

Then add the yogurt (I added about half of the 32 oz container.)

Pour in the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours!

And its as easy as that!

Jag approved!😃

burnin' jalapeno bites!

Caution! These are super duper hot!

What you'll need

1. About 6 jalapenos halved

2. 1/2 block of cream cheese

3. Sriracha hot chili sauce

4. About a 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I choose Sargento 4 cheese mexican)

And a serrano pepper diced if you really like it burnin' HOT!

After you have halved your jalapenos deseed them if your not trying to burn your face off (I left some for the burn!)

Soften your cream cheese for about 30 seconds in the microwave or until creamy

Then mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese and a couple squirts of sriracha sauce and of course the dieced serrano!

3. Whip cream (optional)

Put the oreos in the bottom
Fill with softened ice cream (I let mine sit out until the top was nice and soft.)
Top with whip if you'd like and then freeze! (make sure to use a muffin tin or they may fall flat!)
