Simple S'more cupcakes!

So you want the s'more cupcakes you saw on Pinterest but there home made and you have a two year old and don't have all day to bake! Solution; easy crust, box mix and marshmallow frosting!!

For the crust;

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
6 table sppons sugar
6 table spoons melted butter

Mix them all in a bowl and press into cup cake liners bake 325 for 7 minutes.

Then make the cake mix you choose (I got triple chocolate fudge)
Fill liners a little more than half way
And bake for whatever the box says!

Let cool for 5 minutes
Then take out of pan let cool some more

Then frost with your marshmallow frosting and TaDa!! Your done!

I added Hershey's chocolate syrup on top for good looks ;)

(I had mix left over so made more crust and and more cup cakes!)

morning protein smoothie!

What you'll need;

1. Half a banana
2. 6 strawberries
3. Handful of blueberries
4.1/4 can of coconut water
5. 6 table spoons low fat yogurt
6. 1 scoop Veggie protein powder

Slice and freeze all your fruits over night,
Put fruit, yogurt, coconut water, and protein powder in blender (I added a handful of spinach, at the last minute.)
Blend and enjoy!

It really gets me the energy I need in the morning! And if Jag wants some I just leave the protein out!

easy peach pops!

Okay so these are gonna be way too easy but sometimes that's just what mama needs!!

What you'll need-

1. Peaches (I used canned, yeah yeah they should've been whole organic.) you can add spinach too I've tried it but Jag knows better.

2. Fat free yogurt

3. Blender, popsicle molds

First pulse the peaches in the blender, (mine we're basically juice when I was done, the little boy hates chunks!)

Then add the yogurt (I added about half of the 32 oz container.)

Pour in the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours!

And its as easy as that!

Jag approved!😃
